Hi Tom, I am about to order for a porta potti 365 [a model bought in the year 2000] a replacement bellows , your ref no: 132685. My question is , how do I go about removing the old bellows and replacing it . Many thanks in anticipation for your advice

A certain amount of 'brute force' is required here. If you squeeze the old bellows near the base and pull and twist it should come out with tubes attached. Remove the feed tube and the short supply tube and fit to the new bellows. The new bellows will come complete with sealing mastic so that a seal is made when you insert it into the housing.
